This comprehensive training prepares Traditional Health Workers to actively and ethically participate in community-engaged research. Through five interactive modules, participants explore the research process, recruitment strategies, informed consent, privacy and confidentiality, and the impact of social determinants of health. The training emphasizes culturally responsive communication, participant rights, and the vital role THWs play in building trust and improving health outcomes in their communities.
